Giedrė Išganaitienė
Adult Psychologist
I am a medical psychologist. I have been working in the field of clinical psychology for many years and have a lot of experience in counselling adults experiencing various emotional difficulties, in crisis, going through a divorce, relationship problems, bereavement, or facing other difficulties in their personal life.
I have completed studies in cognitive behavioural therapy, so, when counselling patients, I rely on the principles of this therapy, which are particularly effective in treating depression, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, and other emotional problems. I also have extensive psychodiagnostic assessment experience in assessing people’s attention, memory, thinking, depression, anxiety, personality, and intellectual functions.
When communicating with the patient, I try to create the warmest, sincerest, and trust-based relationship as much as possible, I aim to help the patient find a way to better psychological well-being and a better quality of life.
