How to choose a specialist?

Evaluates the patient’s mental state, makes a diagnosis, and, if required, writes a prescription for medicine during the consultation. Along with discussing the feasibility and necessity of complex treatment (medication and psychological/psychotherapeutic treatment), the psychiatrist also provides mental health consultations.

Gives the client advice on matters that are important to them, talking with them about the areas of their life where problems are now present. Guides towards potential solutions.

Helps the client develop a secure and enduring relationship with them, the psychotherapist builds conscious self-awareness, cognition, and the capacity for change throughout psychotherapy sessions.
