Viktorija Milienė

I consult children, teenagers, and their parents/guardians. I try to provide qualified help to those suffering from various mental and behavioural disorders. I believe that it is very important to include all family members in the child’s recovery process, so, during consultations, I spend some time not only talking to the child but also to their family members. If necessary, I prescribe medical treatment. If complex assistance is needed, I work in a team with other professionals. I willingly answer parents’ questions and help finding better ways of adaptation not only for the child but also for their environment.

I conduct educational seminars for parents and teachers, and I also participate in project activities. I am constantly deepening my knowledge not only in the field of child psychiatry but also in psychology and psychotherapy.

2007-2017 Obtained the doctor’s qualification as a child-adolescent psychiatrist
