Ieva Pečiulienė
Adult Psychologist
I possess fifteen years of expertise as a medical psychologist, doctor of social sciences, and cognitive behavioral therapist working in the mental health field. I offer adults individual psychological counseling for mood disorders such as depression and other mood disorders, marital issues, anxiety disorders (panic attacks, social anxiety, etc.), and phobias. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Scheme Therapy. Additionally, it lessens emotional strain and enhances one’s ability to function, be more productive in daily tasks, and enhance quality of life.
To disrupt the pattern of issues, I urge the patient to actively participate in psychotherapy and discover new ways of thinking and doing. Anyone who wants to learn how to manage problems more effectively and lead better lives might benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy.
