Renata Preikšaitė
Adult Psychologist
I practice both existential psychotherapy and medical psychology. I believe that treating the person with dignity, equality, and humanity is crucial. It’s critical to consider not just the symptoms or possible current diagnosis, but also the person experiencing the suffering and their entire world. To do this, I establish a safe space and encourage communication, I pay attention to how people cope with their challenges, and I try to figure out how and why the issue develops to find a solution.
I have primarily worked with eating disorders, panic attacks, and various degrees of anxiety and depression. Along with them, I have worked with relationship challenges, bereavement, crisis, meaninglessness, and other day-to-day issues that I find difficult to handle on my own. Existential psychotherapy is a good fit for addressing these issues.
