Ingrida Nauburaitienė
Adult Psychologist
The purpose of my work is to help people become more aware of their own life, to encourage them to notice the opportunities offered by life and to see difficulties and/or contradictions. I help a person to catch up with his or her wishes and desires, and to find meaning in everyday activities. I encourage my clients to look for new ways of behaving that would help them feel better in the current situation, to listen to each other, and to communicate. I believe that every person has the strength to overcome challenges. I can accept each person as unique, with their own achievements, values, and shortcomings.
