Since the beginning of my studies, I have felt a calling to my profession. Psychology is not just a science. It opens up opportunities to see meaning in difficulties and find the strength to strive for a happier life, even if sometimes it seems that the situation has become hopeless. During my professional career of more than 10 years, I have been a part of stories when people found the strength to get out of the darkest holes and, in most cases, surprised themselves with the change, the strength inside. Of course, it takes effort and time, but what could be more important than the opportunity to create a happy life?

I have completed the Gestalt therapy course of individual counselling. I have a lot of experience in art therapy and other art therapy methods. Within the course of my professional activities, I worked with those who have emotional or behavioural difficulties, suffer from mental illnesses and addictions, as well as those who are going through a crisis. My work as a psychologist  enabled me to notice that it is not those who are weak, but those who are strong who usually experience difficulties or get sick. Trust, support, and respect for everyone’s uniqueness are the values ​​that guide me in my work as a psychologist.

I consult adults, help deal with emotional or behavioural difficulties, work with people suffering from addiction diseases, conduct art therapy classes, and conduct psychodiagnostic research.

in 2021 – VMU Master’s degree in Health Psychology

Psychotherapeutic areas of interest: art therapy, bibliotherapy, film therapy, Gestalt therapy, and KET therapy methods.
