Adult Psychologist

Watch the video

I have been working in the mental health field for more than 10 years. My experience is mainly in dealing with anxiety and fear-related issues. Recently, more and more people are coming forward to improve themselves: to know themselves better, to improve their emotion regulation, to find ways to be more effective in achieving their other goals, to dare to do something they have been putting off or avoiding. I am happy about this trend. It is not necessary to wait for an illness, a crisis, or a disorder to resolve difficulties in collaboration with a psychologist.

I mainly use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in my work. I can help with emotion regulation, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, fears, and intrusions of all kinds. I can also help with communication difficulties, building self-confidence, improving conflict resolution skills, and reducing social anxiety.

Through psychotherapy, we can learn to make more deliberate decisions, pursue our objectives with greater purpose, and find support when we face difficulties and suffering. Additionally, it’s a terrific place to meet people who have experienced a wide range of emotions, develop a respectful connection with one’s weaknesses and strengths, and strike an acceptable balance in a variety of spheres of life. It’s also a chance to hear oneself and experience what it’s like to be heard.
